Buzzara rossa
Per preparare una buona buzzara rossa, il piu importante e di aver le conchiglie fresche. Le conchiglie si cuocano fino a quando si apertano, e quelle non aperte le buttiamo. E importante anche di aver l’olio d’oliva dalmato originale.
Ingredienti:
- conchiglia
- olio d’oliva
- pomodori
- cipolla
- aglio
- vino bianco
- sale
- pepe
- prezzemolo
- limone
