Every guest who comes to the tavern Galinac is offered a welcoming pate,which we serve with broiled bread topped with olive oil and garlic.
The welcoming pate is made of mackerel, tuna and white fish.

The fish is grilled on embers, cleaned of all bones , minced and seasoned with salt, pepper, capers,lemon juice, olive oil, butter and finely chopped parsley and garlic
