An arugula and shrimp salad is always a welcome starter before the main fish dish.
We prepare it by washing the arugula first,draining it and serving it as a base on which we add the shrimps previously fried in a pan.The shrimps are seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil, a few drops of lemon juice, then cooled and put on the aurugula.

Parmesan cheese is grated onto the aurugula and shrimps and then seasoned with reduced balsamic and honey

Ingredients:

  • aurugula
  • shrimps
  • olive oil
  • balsamic
  • honey
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon juice
  • Parmesan cheese
